I have Tiger installed on my B&W power mac, I need to use some apps that can't run in classic so I need to boot into OS9. I have no idea how to install OS 9 over OSX so I can boot into both. Is that even possible?

Boot from your OS 9 CD holding down "C" at startup, run the install. Use Startup Disk in control panels (OS 9) or System Preferences (OS X) to switch.

Just don't choose to erase the disk as you install!
