1 1st gen 5gig...still going strong. bought it the day it came out, - never really had the need to upgrade.

one of the best investments i've ever made, - especially on those rare occasions when i actually got to use a mac at my job.

Silver iPod Mini. Since my music collection is too big for the 40GB iPod and the 40GB iPod is too big for my tastes and I don't need all my music with me all the time.

I have the 3g 15 gig iPod. Just had to replace the battery for the second time.
Just to let you know I use my iPod 5 days a week at work for 8 hours at a time.
I think I'm a heavy user of the battery.......

I suppose that is because most people that tend to be here are Apple addicts in one form or another.

Are you basing that off of this thread alone? It only has a few posts... I would say it's less than that.

I have the opportunity to buy an unopened, never used, original 5GB iPod (although it's a refurb) still in the plastic cover with all the accessories.
How much would you pay for it?

how can something be "unopened" and "never used", and at the same time "refurbished"?

anyway, i'd pay around $50 (45 ).
