Ok, this is an old peeve of mine I am finally going to ask around and see if it can be fixed.

How in the world do you disable that stupid bar from expanding when you miss hitting the exact center of the finder menu icon. Nothing ticks me off more than trying to hit it only to have it expand the name out.

Theres got to be a way to hack that puppy out...

ummmm....do you have Parkinson's disease? I've never heard of anyone having such bad aim.

Weither bad aim or just being in a hurry trying to get things done, its still annoying, parkinson's or not...

Can't you just leave it expanded? That way it would be a larger target.

I thought about that, but menu space is at a premium on my setup and for my needs.

Maybe you need a new mouse...
