My wife dropped the white "brick" part of our powerbook power supply, and it has stopped working.

Are they really that sensitive? Is it covered under applecare?

I treat mine terribly and it keeps working, so I suspect this is an anomaly--and I've managed to get one replaced under AppleCare in the past, so I suspect it is still the case now.

You did have Safeware insurance didn't you?

No deductable .... free replacement!

Nope.

Your Homeowners will cover but I don't know about deductable....
