Change your name. It's the only way.

Ah, yeah, well, and do that every 5 years ?
Uhm, no, thanks.
Spamassassin will do just fine for now.

But not an option for me, as I have my [email protected].

I'm moving away from having anything on the internet with my name. My email addresses, domains, everything. My name is unique to me (I've always wondered if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Having a name like John Smith sure does add a level anonymity to your internet presence.)

Well, the advantage of having you name as email address is that you don't need Myspace & Co to stay in touch. People can get in touch with me even after years because my address will never change.

On the email I use for signing up for crap, I get maybe 200-250 a month. On my personal Gmail, I get maybe 3-10 a month. On the Gmail address I used to sign up for CareerBuilder.com, they sold my address and I got 600+ a month. That seems to have ended for the most part. On my school account (which is still active even though I graduated a year and a half ago), I got spam right after I graduated offering student loan consolidation (even though I never had any student loans, or any loans at all), but that died off.
Amazingly, after being voraciously active on the Intarnets for 5+ years, I've managed to stay almost completely spam-free.

Sell or send me your vintage Mac things if you don't want them.
