I need to open an .hta file on my Mac. Is that possible?
From what I understand, it's an MS file that says it runs on IE for Mac but I don't have IE (and don't even know if it's still compatible with the latest Mac OS).
Anyway, any ideas? Thanks!

It should be an HTML file, from what I can see. What happens if you open it in Safari, possibly after renaming it to .htm?

The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.

Thanks. I've tried opening it (after renaming it) in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and each time it goes to the site (home page) I downloaded it from.
It may not be that big of a deal -- I was told the file is also on the site as a PDF (but I haven't found it yet).

Just saw a note on the file that says it only runs on IE v. 5 or higher. :-/

IE 5.2 Mac actually seems to still work on Snow Leopard. Give it a try.

Do you fully and completely trust the source you got the document from? It will lose all the protections that a HTML document usually uses, so be careful.
Also, if it uses VBScript, there is no way at all to run in on a Mac. It likely is Windows only.
