By the way, Image Google her with "do not filter" checked and you will see a bit more to better judge by.

Not really. Take some of the "Real or fake" tests around. Most males have a boobdar that will detect these things by now.

Because, as she's pressing her breast to her chest with her hand, you can see the clearly defined hemispherical outline of the implant as it rises away from her pectoral muscles. Real breast tissue doesn't have edges that defined.

Most implants go UNDER the pecs. This allows the natural tissue to do its jiggly goodness. What you're seeing IMHO is healthy deposits of appropriate fat in the appropriate places.

A really "obvious" enhancement won't follow gravity the way hers do, by the way. It'll just stand there pretty obviously.

man I think he must have been taking the piss when he starts going on about her 'milky white bosom'.
The female host looked a bit uncomfortable about it. Funny but I am no clearer on whats acceptable and whats not.

I'm sorry, but after reviewing the videotape and consulting my own, personal experience I am going to have to officially proclaim those as Fake™. No real breast was ever that perfectly round, or stuck out from the chest like that.

Mind you, I still think she's pretty, if a bit on the thin side.

I know a girl whose got some breasts like these.

Takes alot of working out on her part to make them act like they defy gravity. (Hey girls, working out your chest can make your boobs smaller, but your pecs hold them up, so if they're saggy and not round and perky like you want, hit the gym.)

Ok, here's a picture I took of a creation I made at a professional dinner one night whilst trying to ignore some less-than-rockin' music from the night's a capella entertainment. I believe it pretty much explains the mood of the evening:
