As I type in my company name in url field to firefox, the 2nd offering by firefox is an obsure html page of photos and text I email friend of the neighborhood of my apartment.

Yet this site had hundreds of more important business.

Why is this coming up as 2nd offering from the dropdown? the other pages are very high profile with lots of links and traffic from other sites.

The apartment page is obsure, has no links at all. Totally baffling. In fact, it's not even in the site map.

Where is the "obscure HTML page" hosted?

BTW, it's Google that provides the search results.

The page is hosted where all the other pages are hosted.
These are not search results Chuck.
This is when you just start typing in the url and a drop down starts below the cursor, can't remember what you call that -- url suggestions?

This page would never come up in search result. Can't figure out why of 200 more relevant pages to my name this is 2nd in that drop down. Its got no SEO value. Totally hidden obscure page of the site.

If the beginning of what you are typing matches the beginning of the the old "obscure" URL, it will appear in the list.

Are you sure the page isn't bookmarked?
