I just used the Belkin Voice Recorder for the first time today in lecture and the quality was not good at all. The professor sounded like he was talking with a mouthful of cotten candy. On top of that, there's a lot of "grainy" noise in the background. I was just wondering if there's anything I can do to improve the recording with any software.

Thanks.

btw, what do i do to take a short sample from my reocrding?

Does the Belkin recorder have a Mic-in port? If so, that's the best way to go.
