Was it them? Gods, I heard it on the radio when I was at the grocery store. I almost hit the razor section and killed myself.

Apparently, it was a concert at LA’s San Fernando High School because school won some prize to have the band come and play.

Apple is even more dopey for employing her and that black dude for their ads. When the new iMac came out they just sat there stoned saying how great it was.

It's a good song and all, but in parts she doesn't really sound that much worse than Axl. It's not like he's a great singer by any stretch.

Yeah. Invite Kate Moss around and give her a straw.

not really worse than the original.

the only version of that song i've ever liked was the cover by akasha, which is great.

Didn't Sheryl Crow already kill Sweet Child o' Mine?

Axl's rolling over in his grave. Oh, wait, he's not dead, just his career.

Long live Slash's guitar riffs!

Oh please... ...the original was a masterpiece. (really, I mean that - the way Stradlin is handling those progressions which really shouldn't be in a rock song is sort of astonishing).

If you're on about the one off The Globe Sessions, it's a different song.

She definitely covered the song. IIRC, it was for the movie "Big Daddy."

I was only commenting on the vocals.

GNR is vastly superior. You can't remake those songs.

That was horrifying. Notice the people in front of her who weren't even looking her way?
