I have this problem with iTools.

For the past several days, I receive an email saying that my account is full. I have checked with entourage and mail and there is no email left on the account.

Does anyone know where the problem comes from? Is there some hidden email?

Thanks for your help.

Only thing that i can think of is make sure that the Account in Entourage is not set to leave a copy of each message on the server.

It is set to leave a copy on the server. However, if an email is still on the server, it will show a specific sign in front of it. By clicking on it, I have the opportunity to leave it or erase it from the server. I made a search of all my mac.com email and none of the sign. This means that they are not on the server anymore.

Do you have another idea?

Thanks
