Anyone knows how to archive Entourage X mail messages, contact list, etc?
Please share how to do the job.

In case of Outlook Express 5, I could just copy the entire "identity" folder and save all the mails in it and restore from it as well. ( I was just able to import all my old emails from OE5 identity folder to Entourage X five minutes ago).

Can you do the same thinf with Entourage X? Or, should you do it different way?

Yes, it is the same as OE5.
Entourage X puts the user data in the users/your name/documents/Microsoft user data/Office X identities/Main identities (in my case) folder.

I just option/drag the Microsoft user data to my archive disk.

There are a number of shareware apps on versiontracker.com that archive mail. I haven't used them, but know they are there.

Here's a cool trick that most people don't know... if you drag a folder of mail from Entourage to the desktop, it creates a Unix standard MBOX file to archive that folder of mail.
