FaxSTF came bundled with my iMac. Haven't had a chance to try the OS X version, because I don't have an analogue phone line in the office.

The best fax solution for OS X that I have seen is Cocoa eFax - A nice cocoa front-end to the unix app eFax.

it costs 5

For my faxing needs, I purchased Page Sender. It's a robust send/receive fax application that fit my needs perfectly. It also works great with Apple's Address Book and Mail application. It's shareware and costs $29.95. There's a demo mode you can use that places a watermark on the page but otherwise is fully functional. Check out the application and the reviews at versiontracker:

FaxSTF X came with my machine. I've kept upgrading it to keep up with the OS X updates.

It sends faxes pretty well but provides too little feedback for me as to whether it's sent the fax or not.

Send me an email ([email protected]), and I will work with your to get it working.

Just send me a copy of the log, or explain to me what is going wrong.
