I have a revB pbook and I am thinking about getting a 1ghz stick of ram for the user slot. I still just have the standard 256 in there. Where can I get this? I checked crucial and they only have the 512's. Also, is it neccessary?

Probably not necessary. I just ordered a 12" PB today, and I'm going to wind up with 768 MB RAM, which is *more* than adequate for 99% of users.
