I installed Soundtrack on a G3 iBook without realising that it needs at least a G4. Is there anyway round this? can I fool it in into thinking I have a G4? Help would be appreciated.

Soundtrack really needs a lot of horsepower - it's heavily AltiVec dependent. I don't think there's any way to run it on a G3. Requires either a single 500MHz G4 or a dual 450MHz G4 machine.
