Speaking of which - aren't those kind of banners (mimicking the OS appearance) illegal in Germany? Or was that mimicking OS alert boxes/windows only? Thought I'd seen something about that on Heise a while back ...

Maybe, but since it is on a US website, German law would probably not apply...

True that. Maybe it's dependent on where the adserver and/or company hosting the game itself is located?
