So, am I the only one having a ho-hum Christmas? More glad that it's almost over with than with it being here.

Sorry to be a Grinch, but this holiday season leaves a little to be desired. Maybe next year will be a good one.

Other than the tree in my living room, we're not really celebrating this year...kind of a ho-hum as well...that, and it's raining outside...perfect day to lay around and watch a movie or two.

100% agreed. i also feel like i'm two "hos" short of a merry x-mas and can't wait for it to be over.

the whole sanctimoniousness is really getting on my nerves and the holiday has lost all of its meaning to me.

this is really going to be the last time i "celebrate" it.

next year it's chillin' on the beach in phuket or mauritius, even if "al quaida" (spell??) threatens to bomb any honkey who dares to show up in the southern hemisphere.

Nope. You're not the only one. Just a day off from work for me, no big whoop. My sister called me at like 12:30 to wish me a merry christmas, said she'd pick me-up to go by her house to hang out. If I'd known I wouldn't have gotten blind stinking drunk.

But hey, it is actually snowing here on X-Mas. If that means anything to anyone.

Anyway, merry X-Mas, even if it's no big deal this year.

Same here. Christmas lost its spark awhile ago here. Its snowing, its quiet...time to watch LoTR. Got a few good gifts, and now its boredom again.

It's unfortunate to read such negative feelings towards such a usually positive and festive holiday.

Merry Christmas

I have heard from so many people that this christmas just hasnt felt the same for some reason. I know in my case, it's cause my whole family is now grown up, so there's not as much mystery or excitment as there use to be And I didnt really get any gift's I REALLY WANTED. I wanted an iMac and an iPod, too bad it's been a rough year with money for alot of people too.

Oh well it's not about the gift's now is it? Or is it?

I didn't celebrate Christmas at all this year. I celebrated X-mas It probably would have seemed ho-hum when I was younger, but it was cool to just chill with my friends etc. and not have responsibilities to worry about. I got a great video game. I also got a bunch of sweaters, but they are nice sweaters, so I aint trippin'.
