I want to add bootable IDE support to my PowerCenter 150 machine via an IDE add-in card. Can I do this, or will the firmware not allow for it? Also, what drivers would I need, if any? Finally, can I use this Maxtor IDE card I have lying around, even though it's meant for PCs, or do I need one specifically designed for macs?

According to an FAQ I dug up, it is *NOT* possible to use IDE cards designed for PCs in Macs.

Could anyone point me to the website of a manufacturer of IDE cards for Macs?
