Truthfully I don't know how much I expect to get for it. I've seen them going on eBay ranging from $100-$350. Some guy messaged me offering $200. I've even seen a BROKEN on going for $275. I was wondering WTF was wrong with the person bidding on it. As for the unlocked question, no it's not but I think I saw the other day that 3.1 is unlockable. Sorry for no definitive answer about the pricing.
