My 3 year old spilled juice on mine a few months back. And I posted this same question - the best advice I could give you is to submerge the keyboard in pure alcohol for 10 minutes (unconnected) and then hang dry for about 24 hours. It worked for me.

I've spilled beer on my keyboard about 7 times already and all i do is take it apart and clean it with water (not the circuits, mind you). Once they're fully dry, and I mean really fully dry, all my keys work. Unfortunately, I had to break the tabs to get access to the keyboard. I need to bend the plastic so that it fits better, but that's a different story.

I just dropped my coffee mug the other day, resulting in coffee in my keyboard, on the screen, and on my mouse.
But my good old iMac is still running strong... I think I got all wiped clean.
