For some DVD recorders/players I need to download Some windows files.

VPC does this no problem. I then drag the file on my Mac desktop.

I think then your would have to burn this file in Toast at iso 1699.

I did this once and it did not work, but I'm still not sure if it was because of anything with Mac or something to do with the DVD player.

I now need to do it again with another DVD Burner.

Has anyone had success with this? Can it work? Or does the file absolutely have to be burned within the PC OS? Which I was told on another thread VPC cannot do. You cannot burn within Virtual PC. Thanks.

I've donaloaded PC files to update my DVD firmware and was able to burn the CD with disk utilities given by Apple.
