I found this in a box of stuff today while looking for some extra power cords.

I would REALLY like to make use of it as it has compent, composite, rca R/L, mic and S-Video IN and OUT plugs.

Does anyone know anything about it?

Here are some pics of the plugs

I also found these ebay auctions

Media 100 is a propritary Editing solution. It will need Media 100 editing software and drivers to function properly. Not sure how old that particular Break out box is and what versions of Media 100 it will work with. Media 100 used to be a fairly popular editing solution but has struggled like a lot of hardware based soluytions since DV editing has become so easy and affordable

To add to what brianb said, a version of the software that would work with it wouldn't be too hard to find, but you'd need the card and possibly a dongle (depending on which version) both of which are very hard to come by individually. If you're looking to save money with this find, stop. You'd spend more getting it to work than it would be worth. On the other hand, you may be able to sell it and make a little cash on someone in the opposite situation.
