The edge is now rabbeted so it fits perfectly. Here're some pictures from my POS camera. Yes, the CC is horribly discolored. I rescued it from a smoking home. Aside from the color, it's physically in perfect condition. Not a scratch on it. I'm going to clean it up with some Retr0Bright evenetually.

To date, my CC has: 640x480 High Res hack, LC 575 motherboard, Comm Slot Ethernet, and now 135MBs of RAM.

Looks fun. I once found a 575 that had been out in the rain, on the curb, for a couple of days. I let the MB dry out and put it in another carcass I had and it fired right up. Very resilient designs. Wish I had time to play with this kind of stuff again.
