it has been done... a lot.
The most tiger like theme I'v seen is called "spotlight" you can find it on ResExcellence.com
[edit] ok, nevermind, spotlight doesn't have then tiger endcaps, but it does have the tiger look, besides the endcaps.

that theme is really old. it came out during the summer. this image is pretty recent. as in a recent build of tiger. leaked.

Maybe Max will update his Tiger package to reflect that. It's just a few resources.
