I think you will need to be a lot more specific. There are some app developers who visit here.
- Is this an IOS app or Mac app?
- Which is closest to your app?
- Thing1 wants to visit Andorra. This app would have maps, tour guides, and a translation tool, and probably already exists.
- Thing2 wants to drive to San Antonio. This app would have maps, driving directions, accident rerouting, and probably already exists.

You might also need Klingon patrol routes, to avoid delays. So it will need a tie-in to military intelligence postings.
