I just recently just got my refurbed macbook pro. It is in great condition and everythign works great except for the hinge. It will stay shut and it will open but when I go to open the hinge I need to press the button on the front in really hard just for the latch to release. How can I fix that. Or do I need to send it back to have it fixed? Please help.

Don't try fixing it yourself. Take it to the nearest Apple service provider, preferably an Apple Store. Make a Genius Bar appointment first!

They will fix it for you.

They will probably have to replace the bezel and/or the bottom case assembly.

Back up your data first. They will have it for a few days.
