I been using Dropbox to back some stuff weekly (not private data).

But what are some methods of backing up offsite/offline?

Besides the obvious (Time Machine), I do backups online on my personal web server using Twin.

I use Carbonite for offsite. It's not particularly bad. I get the feeling Mozy is more Mac friendly.

They're both cheap ($50ish/year).
