I'm not sure how better to describe it. It randomly started happening yesterday, I think after Safari crashed on me. Here's an example pic:


Basically, it following me around the OS, highlighting buttons, file names, strings of text in alerts, graphical buttons in Safari.

I figure its possible this is some kind of feature I accidentally turned on, but if its in Universal Access, a cursory glance didn't reveal where.

Any thoughts?
