I want to adjust some applications that startup with my Mac. Some applications are loading when I log in and tend to slow down my Mac. How do I change this?

Thanks. But unfortunately its not in there. Everytime my mac loads up, the "Applications" box pops-up from my hard drive. How do I stop this? Its getting annoying!

Then close it.
If all Finder windows are closed when you log out, none open when you log in again. You can not run without Finder.
