Do you ever get really scared for no reason. Just sittin' or whatever and suddenly this dark frightening feeling envelopes you. And you go WTF is this. You try and shake it but can't. And then it goes just like it came. Maybe lasting a few seconds to a couple of minutes. All about nothing, just really really freakin' scary.

Just happened to me. Man it was weird.

Perhaps an anxiety attack? Are you stressed about anything right now?

Used to happen when I was younger and had anxiety attacks. I second the stressed question. Have you been going through a lot?

When am I not stressed is the answer. I think when I was born and saw the light I tried to crawl and fight my way back in.

Anxiety attack? Maybe, Talked to my landlady today. She's enough to scare anybody.

Yeah, stress can trigger it.

Whatever it is, take it seriously. Find out / identify if there's something in your work or private life that's not in order or unbalanced.

Well I hope it was a one time thing and not the beginning of something. I mean I've been scared before but usually there was a reason. Like the time I was surrounded by four Leprechauns in a dark alley. Just kidding. If it starts to be a regular thing I'll talk to my doctor. Who knows, it could be a warning of some kind.

Man it sure was a dark eerie feeling.

Sorry, AR. If you've had a lot of stress continually building up, it might be nice to take some time to relax. Plan a vacation for yourself sometime soon. Get out and take a walk (sounds stupid, but it helped me). Read a book.

"Everything's so clear to me now: I'm the keeper of the cheese and you're the lemon merchant. Get it? And he knows it.
That's why he's gonna kill us. So we got to beat it. Yeah. Before he let's loose the marmosets on us."
