I am looking at getting a new 15" Powerbook. And I was wondering would it be better/cheaper to buy it from apple with the 512MB and add a 1GB later myself? And if I buy the 1Gb memory will it be easy to install myself?

Thanks in advance.

Its much cheaper to buy from a 3rd party, and easy to install (there are even directions that come with the powerbook).

Thanks, I thought it would be easy to do. Can anyone give me some websites that I could order it from?
