Hi all,

When I run ps -aux in the terminal I get a whole string of processes called (NortonMissedTask), at the moment there are 26 of these things! Their status is given as Z for zombie and although they all have process IDs the kill command says there is no such process. I've tried doing it using sudo kill too.

I realise that they are probably harmless, as they use no CPU time and no memory, but goddammit they annoy me! I'd like to know if theres a way to get rid of them without a restart. Logging in/out doesn't help.

Thanks in advance. Oh, and BTW I'm running 10.1.5 and I have Norton Anti Virus installed.
