Yes, my rev. B 1.5Ghz 15" Powerbook developed White Spots. And Apple replaced LCD and Logic Board for it two weeks ago. And the White Spots are coming back again last week.
(I bought it in May)

This is a huge selling feature, by the way...
Hopefully Apple gets this problem completely worked out by revision "c".

hmm interesting I see tons and tons of powerbooks in my line of work, and I've never seen the white spots, except on that very first batch of rev 1's
