I have just found information on the web that says otherwise:

000F means there has been some kind of software error, most likely caused by a failing hard disk and/or a corrupted
system file, Finder, or directory. Try starting up from another disk (either a startup diskette or external drive) to see if you
can isolate the problem.

0000000F: The sound of your Mac being punched in the stomach, hence the sad face.

00000066: Your Mac is on the verge of becoming Satanic. Call your local hardware exorcist.
