i'm looking for a single 4GB PC2-5300 SO-DIMM RAM module so I can max out my Santa Rosa MB.

4GB modules with non-insane prices don't appear to be all that common out there (yet), but I've found two that appear very similar, yet have pretty different prices. Wondering if anyone's had any experience with either of these modules specifically, or with their respective vendors?

1. 4GB module made by G.SKILL, from NewEgg ($135 as of today)
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Laptop Memory Model F2-5300CL5S-4GBSQ - Laptop Memory

2. 4GB module made by eMartbuy, directly from eMartbuy or Buy.com ($100 as of today):
Emartbuy.com - EMARTBUY 4GB (1 X 4GB) PC5300 5400 DDR2 SODIMM 667MHZ 200PIN 4 GB DDR667 CL 5.0 - FREE SHIPPING
eMartBuy 4GB DDR2 SODIMM (200 pin) 667Mhz PC2 5400 / PC2 5300 FOR HP (Hewlett-Packard) Compaq Presar - EL_4GBDDR2_SO667_60 - Buy.com

Thanks for any tips on which might be the best way to go,
ox
