Verizon Wireless is adding the LG Intuition to its product range later this week. The five-inch Android 4.0 smartphone is effectively a rebranded LG Optimus Vu but with the addition of Verizon 4G LTE connectivity. As a competitor to the Samsung's Galaxy Note II and the S Pen, the Intuition has its own stylus called the Rubberdium.

The IPS display has a 4:3 aspect ratio and a 1024x768 resolution at 650 nits of brightness. Powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, it also has an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1080p HD video recording, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, and SmartShare to DLNA-emabled devices. The included LG Tag+ app uses the two included NFC stickers to change the handset mode based on location, with initial modes included for the car and office. The LG Intuition will go on sale from September 6th for $200 and a two-year contract.
