I heard that WOW makes its updates availbable via torrents. Is this true?

true or not, this brings up a thought. Do you think that other companies might start to make their downloads available through torrents. If this becomes very popular, do you think that torrents will be supported through your browser?

Also, i have either not been paying attention, but what is up with the hamster????

Large WoW updates are distributed via torrent yes, but it has it's own client so you don't need a 3rd party torrent app.
