Haven't tried researching it much, but just wondering how to do this without having to create a nenw admin and transferring the files. Would it be terminal or could you use Net Info Manager? What would commands would this involve?
thanks

You'd have to (1) change the NetInfo Manager and (2) rename the home directory of the user. I am not sure if there are other steps, but I suspect there might be. I'd guess that it would be easier to just move the files into a new user's home and run chown on the files.
