One window asks you for the URL you'd like to monitor. The other asks after how many seconds to reload. Once you've entered both and hit OK, the page gets reloaded automatically until you close the window.

Run to the kitchen.
Start making some toast.
Run to my den to reload the Apple Store page.
Run back to start the kettle for tea.
Run to my den to reload the Apple Store page.
Run back when I hear the toaster oven ding.
Run to my den to reload the Apple Store page.
...

Working from home is fun.
