Hey Guys,

Had my iBook SE for one week when my "M" key broke off. Called Apple Customer service and they sent me a replacement keyboard within 4 days.

Their customer service is so good that when our conversation was accidentally disconnected (bad connection). They called me back within 2 minutes (that's right "they called me")! I've never had a Customer Service Department be that proactive before.

Apple Rules!

Thanks,
CDL
Thanks much,
CDL
