Since upgrading to 10.5.8, and I upgraded via the Combo update and then ran the Combo update a second time, when I Repair Permissions I get the following entry, in addition to all of the items that Apple says we can safely ignore. The entry is shown 3 times at the very end of list of repaired permissions.

Empty path in "com.apple.repair-permissions.pkg-group" receipt.

Anyone else seen this? Using Disk Utility and TechToolPro finds nothing wrong and I'm not experiencing any problems with my system.

Thanks,

I don't think it's anything to spend any time being concerned with, Douglas.

By the way, you should consider shelling out $29 for the upgrade to 10.6, it's well worth it!

I'm definitely going to upgrade to 10.6. Just waiting for patches for a couple of apps that I need on a regular basis and a scanner driver. I've already purchased 10.6 and am waiting anxiously to install.
