VOID being neutral and flat as it is, you should think it suits any desktop picture.
Yet, people tend to black (I know, white can be blinding). So what to do with Dock and Desktop icons ? Of course, a VOID_appEXT in white could be done, or… perhaps… something… else…

VOID in a neutral colour such as silver would also be quite nice.

This is a computer-generated message and needs no signature.

Here's a question from someone who's trying out themes again for the first time in a long while: How do I fix the menu items so they have the correct look of the theme. Mine are broken up and look like the default Tiger GUI, along with my Spotlight menu. Theme is nice, but that is pretty out of place and silly looking.

If you've just applied the theme, you have to log out and log back in to apply the theme to the menu items.

It's part of the theme. You set the menubar caps and menubar fill to transparent. A good example of this, is Makki's excellent Greensleeves Glass. You can get it from right here.

MindFad did you mean changing the fonts so they would be different then tiger's default? You could do that to make the menubar look different by using Silk, by Unsanity.

The transparant spotlight is part of the theme yes minus the absense of the word spotlight in the spotlight bar which is a hack of a system file.

Thanks Makki. If I understand correctly, you didn't make these, you just ported them? Do you know if there are going to be more made for the Mac applications? Or is there a .pdf file I can use to make my own? The dock would look a little better with Safari and others...

Thanks again!

Ok...I've been poking around Themepark, but I don't see how to set the menubar fill to transparent? I could make it any color I like, but how do I set "transparent?" What'm I missing here?

Hi Gerrit..

Its "Himmelbar" http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/13059

A nice, quick little application launcher that I love. There are more "robust" launchers, but this does the trick for me. Check it out and see what you think.

It's not really text, just icons that look like text. It's Gerrit's VOID_extApp (or however the hell those capitals are scattered around in that name). I'm really lazy right now, but I think you can find it in his sig; otherwise, check the "[rel] V O I D" thread in this forum.
