I dont get it, Apple is expecting people to buy a pro laptop (like the 667 DVI), they produces a software but hey, you cant use it or what! And why is a P III 550 sufficient?

The powerbook's screen resolution isn't high enough either, you'd have to have an external monitor:

"Display with 1280-by-1024-pixel resolution and 24-bit color"

so you are saying this aint no programm for a laptop anyways? I honestly admit, that I dont know what kind if programm this is and the purpose of my post was to find someone who would tell me that there is some tec reason for the fact that a PIII 550 is sufficient, while the G4 needs at least 800MHZ.
Just my opinion: for that money that people pay, there needs to be a big improvement in Apple hardware. They have the best OS, but the hardware...
(go kick my butt for what I just wrote)

Well, admittedly, a Pentium 3 running at 550 megahertz does feel snappier than an 800-megahertz PowerBook if it's running Windows 2000. <img border="0" alt="[Hmmm]" title="" src="graemlins/hmmm.gif" />
