My Dual 2.0 G5 (fall '03) power mac refuses to boot.

When I try to run the hardware test from the installation DVD, it starts to load the hardware test but then gives me a text based 'welcome to open firmware' along with a memory access message.

"invalid memory access at %SRR0: 00000000.00000000 %SRR1: 10000000.000083030"

I tried removing all of the ram except for two sticks. I tried resetting the cuda? pmu? switch to no avail.

mac not happy

Try the ram in different pairs/combinations.
