Does anyone think Steve and Co. will toss us a bone and give the PMs a price drop?
I'm thinking they should go:
DC 2.0 $1799
DC 2.3 $2199
and
DC 2.5 $2799.

How are the delivery times on the the DCs? Any signs of supply problems? Holiday demand is down give us a price break!

It's time for a new Mac, was thinking an iMac 20" but if the prices slide a bit on the PMs the choice will be tougher.
If a group of mimes are miming a forest and one falls down, does he make a sound?

Don't like your chances, mate. Only two months old and there still appears to be plenty of demand for them.

Maybe in six months...

Oh, I thought I recalled them doing one on the G5s at one time. It must have been the Rev A Powerbooks I was thinking of, and come to think of it, that price drop may have been at revision time.

I should write Steve an email with my hopes in the subject line and give him something to ponder over the weekend.

Either "Please drop the DC PM prices to $1799, $2199 and $2799"
Or "Bring back a SC PM with PCIe!"

I'm back to where I would prefer an upgradable system vs my PB or a iMac on a budget.

Hmm, maybe I can at least hope they'll show up on the refurb store at these prices.
