I'm finally going to upgrade the ram on my 3 year old ibook. I have a 1.2 gz, apple-history.com says the ram is PC2100 and Dealram says i need PC2700.

Just needing some clarification. Thanks for the help.

2700 will work just fine and its less expensive in some cases.

In this instance it is no different then using PC133 in a machine that was made when only PC100 was available.
