I just bought a Maxtor OneTouch II drive that came with Retrospect Express 6.

I installed the software to the default location (/Applications/) and when I try opening Retrospect Express, it bounces once then closes. I tried reparing permissions and restarting, but it doesn't help. Please help if you can! Here is the crash report:
