I have EarthLink DSL and a dynamic IP address. is there a way to set up for my ip to have something like irebound.osxdns.com or something like that in OS X? Thanx.

I also started web sharing in OS X. and I put in a new index page in my site folder, but when I go on the web to look, it still display the default apache test page. How do I fix this?

You don't have to set anything up, really, but it's much easier to use an application to update your IP address for you. Check out dyndns.org and register a subdomain there. It should also point you to a few scripts you can use to update the domain.

Stick all your web documents in /Library/Webserver/Documents. That's where apache will find the stuff.

I have irebound.com and I would like to set it up to my own domain name. how do I do that?
