Hey everyone,

I'm starting a new college direction this year, and I'm really in need of a beefier machine than my ibook g3. I'd prefer a 1.5 12'' model but I know it's unlikely I could get one for very cheap.

I'm on a major budget, but I am selling a few things to make more money in addition to what I have.

I don't mind finding one with some dents, cracked screen or casing etc. I can repair them, so a broken one is good too.

Things I have to offer for sale is my Wii. I posted it here

I'm also considering letting my ibook go too.

40 gig hdd
Airport card, works perfect.
Combo drive reads and plays dvds and burns cd's cdrw's etc.
The battery still gets about 3 and a half hours of run time.
there are normal light scratches on it, nothing that is deep. just surface scratches. from normal wear and tear.

The lid has an iColours - rainbow on the apple logo.

Nvidia Geforce MX 420 GO

I also have made some custom modifications:
Custom feet for enhanced cooling (like a built in Podium Coolpad!)
Rainbow Apple Logo (can be removed)

I might consider it, I'll have to think about it. I was offered an 15'' 1.67ghz G4, 100 gig hdd, with apple care for 550.

Careful, if you found that on craigslist, there's a scam going around w/ that exact description.

Well the price of that is certainly amazing if it is legit.

100gig 7200 rpm drive
apple care still good, dont know the exact date it ends but i can find out
scratch and divits on the left side where your left palm rests

got this december of 2005, 3 months before the first intel's were released

Any price range you're looking for? Do you have any pictures? I have two others I'm considering right now.

One is an 12'' 1.33 ghz G4, 60 gig hdd, 512mem, superdrive, for 450 it has a little ding on the right palm rest area.

The other one is a 15" 1.25 Ghz, 1 GB Ram, 80 GB HDD, Superdrive, for 415 it has a ding on the hinge cover.

I'm willing to go a little more if need be, those are just two of the other offers I'm considering.

pictures, no i do not have any, nor a digital camera on hand. looking at the 15" you have listed- might be like 600-700 dollars but do not know if that is to much. looking to get rid of the one i have and use that money for a new macbook pro

There was another one that was 1.67 ghz 15'' it was going for 550, I missed it, I didn't have the money for it, it just sold about 2 and 1/2 days ago. I could probably do around 450 - 599 ish

I think our design guy at the studio wanted to sell his since he upgraded. I think its a 14" 1.33, 512 RAM, Superdrive. Let me know whats your offer so I can let him know if he's interested.

I'd sell my 12" G4 powerbook. I just ordered a new 15" MBP and as soon as it gets here I'll be selling my 12" PB.
