I recently dented the top of my Powerbook G4 12". It did not do anything other than asthetic damage. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a new one at. Do you know if "apple care" covers things like this or not. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

AppleCare is always worth a shot. Otherwise head over to pbfixit.com if you don't mind voiding your warranty, or your local Apple authorized repair shop if you still have a warranty you'd like to keep.

What is the name technical name of the part I am looking for, as I am having a little trouble finding it? Also does the Apple store preform such things as replacing my "top case"?
Thanks

Did you dent the top, as in the back of the screen, or the top, as in where the keyboard is?
If you dented the back of the display, you need to buy a whole new display.
If you dented near the keyboard, you need a new upper case.
